Customer Service & Appointment Setter (Home Services – Flooring Company)

πŸ“„ Job Description:

We are a fast-growing flooring company based in Connecticut (USA) looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Assistant to handle customer communication, appointment scheduling, and CRM management.

This role is critical to our business. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a key role in converting leads into booked estimates.

🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally (English required)
  • Call back missed leads quickly (within 5–10 minutes)
  • Respond to Facebook, website, and text inquiries
  • Schedule estimates directly into our calendar
  • Confirm upcoming appointments to reduce no-shows
  • Follow up with past leads and estimates
  • Update and manage CRM (GoHighLevel)
  • Organize and tag leads properly in pipeline
  • Send follow-up messages and basic estimates when needed
  • Assist with light social media posting (before/after project photos)

⏰ Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
  • Optional: Saturday (half day)

βœ… Requirements:

  • Strong English communication (spoken and written)
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone with customers
  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel is a plus)
  • Reliable internet and quiet workspace
  • Fast response time and attention to detail
  • Positive, professional attitude

⭐ Preferred:

  • Experience in home services (flooring, construction, etc.)
  • Sales or appointment-setting experience
  • Familiar with Facebook leads and SMS follow-ups
