We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team at Rodlymo Luxury Transportation. This is a Remote position where you will play a crucial role in managing reservations and ensuring exceptional customer service for our premium black car service.

What You'll Do

• Manage reservations through LimoAnywhere, creating, modifying, and confirming bookings.
• Dispatch and coordinate chauffeurs while monitoring airport arrivals and departures.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages, providing timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Follow up with leads and send quotes, invoices, and payment requests.
• Maintain accurate customer records and resolve any customer issues professionally.
• Support daily transportation operations, communicating effectively with corporate clients, executive assistants, hotels, and event planners.

What You Bring

• Fluent English (spoken and written) with strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience using LimoAnywhere and a background in luxury transportation or dispatch.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet professional work environment.
• Ability to work during Miami/Eastern Time Zone hours.

Nice to Have

• Experience in limousine or chauffeur transportation with knowledge of the Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and Palm Beach markets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic social media or marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
