As a Virtual Assistant/NEMT Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide dependable non-emergency medical transportation and courier services in the Raleigh NC region. • Manage scheduling and dispatching of non-emergency medical transportation services.
• Communicate effectively with clients to confirm appointments and address any concerns.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation requests and service logs.
• Assist in optimizing routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Support administrative tasks such as data entry and customer service inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
