WhatsApp Sales & Customer Assistant (E-commerce, Fashion)

We run a fast-paced e-commerce store selling women’s fashion (bags, shoes, accessories) to an Irish customer base, primarily through WhatsApp.

We’re looking for a proactive, fast-thinking assistant to manage customer conversations, post new stock, and help drive daily sales.

Your role will include:

• Posting new products into WhatsApp groups (multiple times per week)

• Replying quickly to customers and answering questions

• Taking and confirming orders via WhatsApp

• Sending orders to suppliers

• Following up with interested buyers to close sales

• Keeping conversations engaging, natural, and friendly (very important)

This is not a passive support role — this is a sales-focused position. The faster and more responsive you are, the more revenue you help generate.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong written English and can sound natural/friendly (ideally feminine tone)

• Is fast, organised, and highly responsive

• Understands basic sales and customer psychology

• Can work independently and think proactively

• Is comfortable working on WhatsApp daily

Bonus if you:

• Have experience in e-commerce or fashion

• Have worked in WhatsApp/DM-based sales before

We currently generate €7–10K/month through this channel and are looking to scale to €15K+, so this role has direct impact on growth.

Performance-based bonuses will be offered based on results.

IMPORTANT

Working Hours (Important):

You MUST be available during peak Irish hours:

5:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM (Irish time)

This is when the majority of customers are active and when sales happen.

If you are not available during these hours consistently, this role will not be a good fit.
