Your role will be crucial in configuring benefits plans and ensuring compliance with regulations. Get ready to conduct engaging workshops, deliver system demos, and provide top-notch user training!

Your strategic input will not only enhance our benefits programs but also ensure seamless integration with Payroll and IT teams. Plus, you’ll be the go-to expert for post-go-live support and continuous improvements. The future of our employee benefits programs relies on your expertise!

Your Arsenal

• 10+ years of experience in Workday HCM Functional consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Benefits configuration
• Proven track record in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
• Comprehensive knowledge of benefits processes:
• Open Enrollment
• Life Events
• Benefits Eligibility
• Leave & Wellness programs
• Understanding of integrations with Payroll and third-party vendors
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Benefits Certification (highly preferred)
• Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors)
• Exposure to global benefits programs
• Knowledge of related modules like Absence, Compensation, Payroll
