The Work
Lead the design and development of scalable web applications and backend systems.
Architect and build APIs, distributed services, and cloud-based solutions.
Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
Review code, mentor developers, and uphold engineering standards across the team.
Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
Enhance performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of applications.
Drive best practices in software engineering and foster team collaboration.

Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong backend development experience.
- Excellent knowledge of Python, C#, Node.js, or Java.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, microservices, SQL, and database design.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React or Angular is a plus.
- Strong understanding of scalable system architecture.
- Proven experience in leading projects or mentoring developers.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- DevOps or CI/CD experience.
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes.
