Online.jobs is a job listing platform. We do not process, hold, or manage payments between employers and job seekers. Any agreements or payments between employers and workers occur outside the platform.

All fees paid to Online.jobs are for access to the platform and its job posting and recruitment tools.

By purchasing a subscription on Online.jobs, the customer acknowledges that charges relate to access to the platform’s job posting and recruitment tools. Subscription fees are for platform access and not for guaranteed hiring results, job placements, or candidate responses.

1. Introduction

This Payment & Billing Policy explains how Online Jobs Media LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles subscription fees, billing data, and access to the Online.jobs platform (the "Service"). By purchasing a subscription or any paid feature on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Secure Payment Processing

We prioritize the security of your financial information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All payments are processed directly through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways, specifically Stripe and/or Paddle.

Stripe & Paddle: These processors collect and store your payment information securely to process transactions and handle subscription renewals. Their use of your personal data is governed by their respective Privacy Policies.
Billing Data: We only retain limited transactional data, such as your billing address and transaction history, for accounting and legal purposes.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Billing Cycle: Certain features on the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of your billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your selection) and relate to access to the platform’s job posting and recruitment tools.
Pricing & Taxes: All prices are displayed at checkout. Depending on your location, your total price may include applicable local taxes (such as VAT or Sales Tax), which are automatically calculated and collected by our payment processors (Stripe/Paddle).
Auto-Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted service, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled beforehand.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your active subscription at any time directly through your account settings.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in using Online.jobs. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if you are not satisfied with the Service. This policy applies to subscription access to the platform and does not create any guarantee of hiring results, job placements, or candidate responses.

Renewals and subsequent purchases are not eligible for this 30-day money-back guarantee.
Accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., posting fraudulent content or spam) are not eligible for any refunds.

Online.jobs operates globally. All charges are processed in USD unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout. If your primary payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment issuer may apply currency conversion fees, for which you are responsible.
