Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize documents, reports, and internal records
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Handle basic email correspondence and internal communications
- Support task coordination across teams
- Maintain spreadsheets and track key operational data
- Assist with research and preparation of reports or summaries
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, task management tools)
- Previous administrative or operations experience is a plus
