About Us: Football Clowns Anonymous (FCA) is a growing sports betting and fantasy football podcast. We are looking for a hungry, highly efficient Video Assistant (VA) to take our raw episode recordings and turn them into high-retention, engaging short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
The Role:
- Watch/listen to weekly raw podcast episodes.
- Identify and extract the most engaging, debate-sparking moments.
- Edit and format clips vertically (9:16).
- Add high-retention dynamic captions, B-roll (where applicable), and sound effects to maximize watch time.
Requirements:
- Niche Knowledge: You must understand sports betting terminology and fantasy football.
- Software: Proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
- Speed & Reliability: Ability to meet strict weekly deadlines without being micromanaged.
- Attention to Detail: Correct spelling of NFL player names and betting terms in captions is non-negotiable.
