About the Role
We run a social media growth agency for stand-up comedians. We take long-form footage and cut it into short viral clips for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
We're hiring our first editor. Starts part-time, grows to full-time fast for the right person. No experience needed, we train you from scratch.
What You'll Do
- Watch long-form comedy sets and identify the best moments
- Edit clips (45–90 seconds) - clean cuts, captions, vertical format
- Upload and organize everything in Google Drive and Airtable
- Daily check-ins on progress
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable in CapCut
- Fast, organized, and self-motivated
- Good sense of humor and timing
- Reliable communicator
- Someone who wants to grow with a fast-moving company long-term
Pay
- First 30 days: $1.00/clip
- After review: $1.25/clip
- Strong performers: $1.50/clip
Expect $75–$200/week to start, with real room to grow as we scale.
