- Connect with potential partners on LinkedIn and Facebook
Follow-Ups & Relationship Building
- Follow up with referral partners consistently
- Maintain communication with current and past contacts
- Track all interactions and responses
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Schedule meetings and networking visits
- Confirm appointments and send reminders
CRM & Tracking
- Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheet (pipeline)
- Document outreach activity and results daily
Social Media Support
- Post content such as “Now Accepting Clients”
- Respond to inquiries and messages
Daily Expectations
- Send 30–50 outreach emails/messages per day
- Follow up with leads within 24–48 hours
- Book 2–5 meetings per week
- Provide a daily activity report
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Experience in lead generation, outreach, or customer service
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using:
- Gmail / Outlook
- Google Sheets / Excel
- Social media platforms
