- Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the Applicant Follow Up Status Report. Send templated follow-up emails to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Assist in organizing files within our Google Drive.
Data Accuracy: Keep our Travel Clients database and Applicant Follow-Up reports updated and accurate.
- Feedback Analysis: Review client feedback to help us identify trends and ways to make our services even better.
Toolkit: Strong organizational skills, and professional email etiquette.
Communication: Strong written English skills with a friendly, professional tone.
