Mission We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our growing team. Your primary goal is to ensure our travel clients have a seamless experience from the moment they book until they return home. You will be the bridge between our travel services and the clients, handling logistics and inquiries with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Respond to client inquiries via email/chat regarding trip details and itineraries.
- Booking Management: Manage and update flight details, confirm travel bookings, and provide real-time updates to clients regarding any travel changes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and improve our overall customer satisfaction.
- Data Accuracy: Keep our Travel Clients database and Applicant Follow-Up reports updated and accurate.
- Feedback Analysis: Review client feedback to help us identify trends and ways to make our services even better.
Toolkit (Requirements):
- Tech Savvy: Basic Knowledge of Computer Software (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Word, Excel, etc).
- Communication: Strong written English skills with a friendly, professional tone.
- Growth Mindset: Must be coachable and willing to learn new systems quickly.
- Reliability: High-speed internet and a dependable remote workspace.
- Experience: No prior experience needed! We provide full training for the right candidate.
