Mission: Be the first friendly face (via email) for our new team members and clients. You’ll be responsible for guiding people through our "Welcome to the Team" process and ensuring they have everything they need to start.
- Key Responsibilities: Send out welcome packages/emails. Collect necessary documentation from new applicants. Answer basic "getting started" questions using our internal guides.
- Toolkit: Friendly personality, great communication skills, and ability to follow a checklist meticulously.
- Feedback Analysis: Review client feedback to help us identify trends and ways to make our services even better.
