- Key Responsibilities: Organize and schedule content based on our Post Ideas document. Write engaging captions for travel photos. Monitor comments and engage with our community to build loyalty.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and improve our overall customer satisfaction.
Data Accuracy: Keep our Travel Clients database and Applicant Follow-Up reports updated and accurate.
- Feedback Analysis: Review client feedback to help us identify trends and ways to make our services even better.
- Toolkit: Creative mindset, basic knowledge of Canva/Social media platforms, and excellent written English.
Communication: Strong written English skills with a friendly, professional tone.
