Associate Civil Litigation Attorney – Maritime | Houston, TX
We are a civil litigation firm with a diverse practice seeking an associate attorney to join our growing maritime practice group in Houston, Texas.
What We're Looking For:
- Active Texas Bar license in good standing
- 2–5 years of civil litigation experience, including personal injury matters
- Prior maritime law experience is not required — we will train the right candidate
- Strong instincts for investigation, case strategy, and client advocacy
What You'll Do:
- Handle all standard litigation activities, including depositions, discovery, hearings, and motion practice
- Respond to emergency casualty incidents and conduct firsthand case investigations from inception to conclusion
- Participate in administrative proceedings conducted by governmental authorities
- Gain unique, hands-on experience in maritime law across the full lifecycle of a case
