Refer-an-Employer Program Terms and Conditions
These Refer-an-Employer Program Terms and Conditions ("Program Terms") govern participation in the Online.Jobs Refer-an-Employer Program (the "Program") operated by Online Jobs Media LLC ("Online.Jobs," "we," "us," or "our").
By generating or using a referral link, submitting a referral email invitation, participating in the Program, or requesting a payout, you agree to these Program Terms, the Online.Jobs Terms of Service, and the Online.Jobs Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not participate in the Program.
1. Eligibility
To participate as a Referrer, you must:
- have an active, email-verified Online.Jobs Jobseeker account in good standing;
- be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- provide accurate account and payout information; and
- comply with these Program Terms and all applicable laws.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family or household members of Online Jobs Media LLC are not eligible to receive Rewards unless we expressly approve their participation in writing. We may suspend or terminate participation where we reasonably believe that a Referrer is ineligible or has engaged in fraud, abuse, manipulation, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these Program Terms.
2. Definitions
"Referrer" means an eligible Online.Jobs Jobseeker participating in the Program. "Referred Employer" means a genuinely new employer who creates an employer account using a valid referral code attributed to the Referrer. "Qualifying Action" means the Referred Employer's first purchase of an eligible paid Online.Jobs subscription for which full payment has been successfully received and cleared.
"Reward" means the referral reward credited for a Qualifying Referral. "Holding Period" means the period during which a Reward remains pending before becoming available for payout. "Available Balance" means Rewards that have completed the Holding Period and remain eligible for payout. "Payout Request" means a request submitted by a Referrer to receive some or all of their Available Balance. "Eligible Country" means a country currently approved for Reward eligibility under the Program.
3. Tracking and Attribution
Referrals must use an official referral link, referral email, or other tracking mechanism provided by Online.Jobs. The valid referral code applied when the Referred Employer creates its account controls attribution. If no referral code is submitted directly during registration, we may use a referral cookie stored for up to 30 days. Visiting another valid referral link before registration may replace an earlier referral cookie.
Once an eligible Referrer has been assigned when the Referred Employer registers, later referral clicks will not change that attribution. Tracking may be affected by cookie restrictions, browser settings, ad blockers, a different device or browser, removal of tracking parameters, or other technical factors. Online.Jobs does not guarantee attribution where required tracking information is unavailable. We determine attribution using our records and reasonably available evidence.
4. Qualifying Referrals
A referral qualifies for a Reward only if the Referrer remains eligible; the Referred Employer creates a new account using a valid referral code; the Employer is genuinely new and is not owned, operated, or controlled by the Referrer; its country is eligible; it completes a Qualifying Action; the payment is not refunded, charged back, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or invalidated; and the referral is not associated with prohibited conduct, duplicate accounts, related-party abuse, or circumvention.
Each Referred Employer may generate only one Reward for one Referrer. Cancelling automatic renewal does not by itself invalidate a Reward if the original qualifying payment remains valid and non-refundable. There is no general cap on distinct eligible employers, but Online.Jobs may apply reasonable sending, security, compliance, and anti-abuse limits.
5. Reward Amount
Unless Online.Jobs expressly states otherwise for a specific campaign, the current Reward is $50.00 for each Qualifying Referral. The Reward does not vary by subscription price, tier, or term. The Reward amount and Program settings in effect when the Qualifying Action is recorded apply, and a change will not reduce a Reward already credited.
Rewards are denominated in US dollars and are currently settled in USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20). Online.Jobs does not issue or control USDT and does not guarantee its market value, continued availability, or parity with the US dollar.
6. Holding Period
Each Reward is subject to a 30-calendar-day Holding Period beginning when Online.Jobs receives and clears the Referred Employer's qualifying payment. During that period, it may appear as Pending but is not part of the Available Balance and cannot be requested for payout.
A Pending Reward may be cancelled if the payment is refunded, charged back, reversed, disputed, or invalidated; the Employer or Referrer is ineligible; the referral is associated with fraud, abuse, duplicate or related accounts, or prohibited conduct; or review shows it does not meet these Program Terms. When the Holding Period is complete and checks clear, the Reward becomes Available Balance.
7. Payout Requests
Rewards are not paid automatically. A Referrer must submit a Payout Request through the Program dashboard. The minimum request is USD 1, and you may request any amount up to the Available Balance. Requests are subject to administrative, fraud-prevention, sanctions, tax, and compliance review; Online.Jobs does not guarantee a processing time.
Payouts are currently supported only in USDT on the Ethereum network (ERC-20). You must provide a valid compatible Ethereum wallet address. You are responsible for checking the wallet and network; completed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed, recovered, or reissued. Network or transaction fees may reduce the amount received and any Online.Jobs fee will be disclosed with the request or payout record.
8. Referral Email Invitations and Promotion
Online.Jobs may allow eligible Referrers to request that a referral invitation be sent to a prospective employer on their behalf. You may submit an email address only if you have a legitimate personal or business relationship with the recipient and a lawful basis to contact them.
You must not use purchased, scraped, harvested, generated, or third-party lists; send unsolicited bulk messages; submit an address of someone who opted out; make false or unauthorized statements about Online.Jobs; misrepresent your relationship with Online.Jobs; or use automated invitation tools. We may apply sending limits and suppress or block invitations that create legal, security, or reputation risk.
9. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention
Self-referrals; referring an account you own, control, operate, or materially benefit from; fake, duplicate, secondary, related, or fraudulent accounts; existing or returning users; false identity, residency, company, payment, or tax data; bots, scripts, coordinated schemes, artificial traffic, cookie or attribution manipulation; brand bidding without permission; impersonation; spam; deceptive promotion; and attempts to circumvent security, eligibility, country, holding-period, or payout controls are prohibited.
Online.Jobs may use account, IP, device, payment, subscription, related-account, and manual-review signals to detect fraud. We may cancel or withhold unpaid Rewards or Payout Requests for violations. A completed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed; for fraud, later chargebacks, or material breach we may recover the amount or offset future Rewards where permitted by law.
10. Eligible Countries and Compliance
Eligible Countries are currently all countries for Reward eligibility. If Online.Jobs enables country eligibility rules, the controlling list will be maintained by Online.Jobs and may be updated from time to time. This rule affects Reward eligibility only and does not restrict employer registration or use of the Platform.
We may determine country eligibility using account, security, payment, and location signals. We may request identity, tax, residency, wallet-ownership, or other compliance information and may reject, delay, or block a Reward or payout for sanctions, anti-money-laundering, fraud-prevention, tax, or other legal obligations.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes, duties, levies, and other governmental charges applicable to Rewards. Online.Jobs does not provide tax advice and may request documentation, report payments, or withhold amounts where required by law.
12. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, including its Reward amount, Eligible Countries, Holding Period, eligibility criteria, payout method, payout network, or other rules. Unless immediate action is needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons, material changes apply prospectively. They do not reduce Rewards already credited, but Pending Rewards remain subject to all eligibility, holding-period, fraud, and payment-validity conditions.
13. Privacy
Participation may involve processing referral codes, clicks, cookies, IP addresses, device and browser information, account information, email delivery and suppression information, payment status, wallet addresses, and payout records. Referral cookies may remain valid for up to 30 days unless deleted, replaced, blocked, or expired. Information is processed as described in the Online.Jobs Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online.Jobs disclaims warranties relating to availability, operation, profitability, or uninterrupted operation of the Program, USDT, wallets, blockchain networks, or third-party services. Online.Jobs and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, opportunities, or digital assets. Total aggregate liability will not exceed Rewards properly payable under these Program Terms.
15. General
These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be waived, disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in or serving Sheridan County, Wyoming. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Program Terms, the Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy are the entire agreement regarding the Program.
