Registration

What do I need to register?

You need basic account details and a resume in PDF, DOC, or DOCX format. Workers must be 18+.

Why is my resume required?

Your resume helps us create your profile faster and gives employers real context when they review your application.

Does online.jobs create my profile from my resume?

We create your profile during signup and may use AI to fill in details from your resume. Processing can take a little time, and the result may be incomplete, so review and edit it in your dashboard.

Can I edit my profile later?

Yes. You can update your bio, skills, work experience, education, salary expectations, portfolio, languages, resume, avatar, and visibility settings.

Can employers see my private details?

Guests cannot see your private contact details or resume. Employers can see them only when access is granted through an application or candidate-contact flow.

Applying

Does online.jobs cost anything for workers?

No. Workers can create a profile, browse jobs, apply, and communicate with employers without paying platform commission.

How do I apply to a job?

Open a job post, check the requirements, then submit your relevant experience and a short note explaining why you are a good fit.

What happens after I apply?

The employer reviews your profile, application message, and match context. If they are interested, they can open a chat or continue the hiring flow.

Where can I track my applications and invitations?

Use My Applications to view active, closed, rejected, and withdrawn applications. Invitations appear in your dashboard, where you can accept or decline them.

Safety & Payments

How do I get paid?

Payment is arranged directly between you and the employer. Agree on payment method, timing, milestones, and expectations before starting work.

What should I do if a job looks suspicious?

Use the Report button. Do not pay upfront fees, buy gift cards, forward money, or share sensitive documents before you trust the employer.

Messages & Invitations

What are invitations?

Employers can invite workers to apply for a specific job. You can accept or decline invitations from your dashboard.

When can I message an employer?

Your application includes an initial message to the employer. For some applications, chat is available right away; otherwise it opens after the employer contacts you. Invitations are managed from your dashboard.
