What You'll Do

  • Prepare and manage annual accounts for the company.
  • Handle VAT submissions on a quarterly basis.
  • Transfer financial data to Odoo or Xpert, depending on the accountant's preference.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Belgian accounting regulations and VAT processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Odoo or Xpert.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Familiarity with additional accounting tools or software.
  • Knowledge of financial forecasting and budgeting.
