Business Development Manager – Europe (Veterinary & Pharmaceutical Packaging) – Remote
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for Europe specializing in Veterinary & Pharmaceutical Packaging to join our dynamic team. This is a Remote position that offers the opportunity to leverage your extensive network and sales expertise in a rapidly growing industry.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with top-tier European animal health companies, including Zoetis, Boehringer Ingelheim, MSD Animal Health, Elanco, and Ceva.
- Drive B2B sales initiatives within the veterinary and pharmaceutical packaging sectors across Europe.
- Independently generate leads and identify new business opportunities without relying on company-provided lists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical quality and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Travel approximately 50% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders across Western Europe.
What You Bring
- Proven track record of B2B sales experience in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or packaging industries within Europe.
- Established customer relationships with key decision-makers in top-tier animal health companies.
- Native or bilingual Chinese proficiency and business-fluent English for effective negotiation.
- Strong self-motivation and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently.
- Resilience in handling long sales cycles and overcoming rejection.
- Integrity-first approach with a focus on quality and compliance in all business dealings.
Nice to Have
- Background in pharmaceutical packaging or drug delivery with knowledge of industry regulations.
- Existing network among European pharmaceutical SMEs.
- Understanding of China-Europe cross-cultural business dynamics.
