We are seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to help drive the growth of our freelance projects at Aligned Solution. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients for our IT services and consulting projects. Your success will directly contribute to the growth of the company and your earnings, with both an upfront payment and a performance-based profit share.

Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients in need of IT services and consulting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Understand client needs and tailor our offerings to meet their business objectives.
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring both parties are aligned on terms.
  • Continuously search for new business opportunities and markets to expand the company’s reach.
  • Provide regular updates to the team on client acquisition progress.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Aligned Solution in all client interactions.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Previous experience in IT services or consulting is a plus.
  • Motivated by performance-based earnings and the ability to grow with the company.

Compensation:


  • $200 - $300 upfront payment before securing clients.
  • 5% of the profit from each client acquired after the deal is finalized.
