Creative Virtual Assistant + Graphic Designer | Restaurant/Hospitality | Part-Time Remote
We are seeking a Creative Virtual Assistant + Graphic Designer to join our established, chef-driven restaurant and hospitality brand in New Jersey. This part-time, remote role offers approximately 8–10 hours per week focused on graphic design and creative production support.
What You'll Do
- Edit and design food and beverage menus, ensuring alignment with our established visual identity.
- Create promotional flyers, event graphics, table tents, signage, and menu inserts.
- Develop materials for private dining and special events, including digital marketing graphics.
- Resize and adapt existing creative assets for various uses while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to execute design projects with a fast turnaround and high attention to detail.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and hospitality design.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing files and project requests.
- Ability to accurately make changes to existing files, including pricing, menu items, and graphics.
- Previous experience in restaurant, food, beverage, hotel, or hospitality design is highly preferred.
Nice to Have
- A portfolio showcasing examples of menus, restaurant flyers, event collateral, or other hospitality work.
- Familiarity with professional print production standards, including high-resolution files, proper sizing, bleeds, and print-ready PDFs.
