Credit Disputer - Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Credit Disputer to join our growing credit repair business on a Remote basis. As we finalize our setup, we are looking to build strong relationships with skilled disputers who can help us serve our clients effectively while also contributing to the growth of our business.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clients to understand their credit issues and develop effective dispute strategies.
- Prepare and submit dispute letters to credit bureaus on behalf of clients.
- Monitor and track the progress of disputes, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
- Assist in developing processes and strategies to improve the efficiency of credit repair operations.
- Help identify potential clients and contribute to business development efforts.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in credit dispute resolution or a related field.
- Strong understanding of credit reporting laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in business development or client acquisition.
- Familiarity with credit repair software and tools.
- Background in finance or related fields.
