We are seeking a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will define and lead the company’s technology vision and engineering strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals as we scale our innovative platform.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the company’s overall technology vision and long-term engineering strategy.
- Oversee platform architecture across blockchain, backend, frontend, infrastructure, and product systems.
- Lead and support engineering teams across multiple functions, helping to scale the organization as the platform grows.
- Drive strategic technical decisions related to scalability, platform reliability, security, and product delivery.
- Partner closely with leadership and product teams to align technology strategy with business priorities and roadmap goals.
- Establish engineering standards, development processes, and technical best practices across teams.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of overall professional experience, including leadership in technical or engineering-focused environments.
- Previous experience as a CTO, Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, or senior technical leader.
- Strong experience managing engineering teams and leading cross-functional technical initiatives.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, infrastructure, and modern product development practices.
- Experience working with distributed teams and scaling technical organizations.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to work across technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Previous exposure to blockchain / Web3 products or digital asset ecosystems.
- Experience with gaming platforms, fintech products, marketplaces, or prediction-based products.
