We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Development and Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in a Remote capacity. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in cross-selling appointments for products and services primarily related to Life Insurance and Financial Services to our existing customers.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage existing customers and promote additional products/services.
- Fill out quote sheets accurately and follow up on leads to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Foster healthy, lasting connections with clients through transparent communication and effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot scripts and enhance objection handling strategies.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to continual improvement.
- Participate in a six-month Performance Evaluation Period with opportunities for performance bonuses.
What You Bring
- Proven ability to handle a high outbound call volume consistently.
- Fluency in English and Spanish with little to no accent, essential for building trust and ensuring effective communication.
- A strong internet connection, fast computer, and high typing speed to facilitate efficient work.
- A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a long-term commitment to customer development and sales.
- A track record of hitting quotas and earning performance bonuses, showcasing your drive for success.
- A passion for outbound calling and a desire to excel beyond just clocking in hours.
