We’re looking for a Digital Content & Growth Coordinator who is passionate about content, marketing, and business growth. This isn’t just a video editing position—we’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of our digital presence and help us grow.
Compensation
$300–$500 USD per month
Compensation is based on experience, portfolio quality, technical ability, creativity, strategic thinking, and overall fit for the role.
This position offers opportunities for future compensation reviews based on performance, business impact, and long-term contribution to the company.
What You’ll Do
You will take ownership of our organic digital content across platforms, including:
* Video editing for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
* Creating graphics, carousel posts, Stories, and other branded content
* Writing captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
* Researching trends, competitors, and content opportunities
* Planning content calendars and campaigns
* Reviewing analytics and recommending improvements
* Telling our team what content should be filmed based on trends and business goals
* Helping turn our social media into a consistent source of brand awareness, engagement, and consultation requests
Daily Content Expectations
You’ll be responsible for producing approximately 20–24 platform-ready digital content assets per business day.
Important: This does not mean creating 20–24 different videos every day.
Instead, you’ll maximize each original piece of content by repurposing it across multiple platforms and formats. For example, one original video may become an Instagram Reel, TikTok, Facebook Reel, YouTube Short, Story content, a carousel post, and supporting graphics.
Our focus is on quality, strategy, and consistency—not creating unnecessary content.

Experience with aesthetics, skincare, beauty, dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury brands, or medical practices is a plus, but not required.
Experience with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar editing software is preferred.
