E-Commerce Associate - Remote
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will leverage your Shopify expertise to manage and optimize our online store, ensuring an exceptional user experience and driving conversions.
What You'll Do
- Manage and edit Shopify sections, products, collections, and pages to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Build and optimize landing pages using the Shopify theme editor and third-party apps like GemPages and PageFly.
- Set up products with complete details, including pricing, variants, images, SEO, and manage metafields and metaobjects.
- Integrate and manage various apps across the Shopify ecosystem, including email marketing, customer support, and logistics.
- Apply CSS edits within Shopify’s custom code sections to adjust layouts, styling, and improve user experience.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks pre and post-launch, and review Google Analytics and Clarity data to inform conversion rate optimization (CRO) improvements.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify.
- Proven experience in editing sections and building landing pages within Shopify.
- Strong understanding of metafields and metaobjects for products, collections, and pages.
- Familiarity with Shopify apps related to email, customer support, logistics, and upselling strategies.
- Proficient CSS skills with the ability to implement clean, responsive styling changes.
- Organized, proactive, and capable of working independently, with the ability to report on site metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana and communication platforms like Slack.
- AI Fluency for enhanced operational efficiency.
