We’re looking for someone who is great with written communication and genuinely enjoys helping people. As our Email & Chat Support Representative, you’ll be the person users reach out to when they have questions, need guidance, or run into an issue.
Most of your day will be spent responding to email and live chat messages, helping users understand the platform, and making sure they leave the conversation feeling supported.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Respond to user inquiries via email and live chat
- Help users with account questions, platform navigation, and general support
- Troubleshoot basic issues and guide users toward solutions
- Escalate more complex problems to the appropriate team when needed
- Keep notes on conversations so issues can be tracked and improved
- Help us identify common user questions so we can make the platform better
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent written English
- Someone who is patient, clear, and friendly in written communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple conversations
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Previous support or VA experience is helpful but not required
