Experienced Bill Collector - Remote

What You'll Do
- Conduct collections on past due accounts including auto loans, payday loans, student loans, and credit cards.
- Utilize effective and aggressive communication strategies to negotiate payment arrangements with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for debt recovery.
- Analyze account histories to identify patterns and develop tailored collection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the collections process.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in debt collection or a similar role, with a strong understanding of various types of loans.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with collections software and tools is a plus.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving collection targets.
