Experienced Sourcer - Remote
We are seeking an Experienced Sourcer to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for identifying and bringing in candidates for various positions, ensuring they align with our hiring needs. Your contributions will directly impact our hiring success, and you will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on candidate retention.
What You'll Do
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open positions through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating job opportunities and company values.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates that meet the required qualifications and experience.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a sourcer or in a similar recruiting role, with a strong understanding of the hiring process.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate tracking of candidates and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- A results-driven mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates.
