We are seeking a Female Co-Founder (Equity) for our innovative AI Healthtech Startup. This is a Remote position that offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare technology. We are looking for a genuine company builder who is ready to take on a leadership role and drive our vision forward.
What You'll Do
- Establish the company in the most suitable jurisdiction, including forming an LLC, Ltd., C-Corp, or equivalent.
- Arrange for an appropriate registered or virtual office as needed to support operations.
- Lead or actively support fundraising efforts, targeting grants, angel investors, venture capital, accelerators, and strategic investors.
- Recruit outstanding executives and key leadership talent to build a strong team, focusing on Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership and other critical roles.
- Build the commercial and organizational foundations necessary for international scale and growth.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in founding or co-founding startups, particularly in the healthtech or AI sectors.
- Strong understanding of business formation and legal structures, with the ability to navigate the complexities of establishing a company.
- Demonstrated success in fundraising and securing investment from various sources, including venture capital and angel investors.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of recruiting and developing high-performing teams.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to build scalable business models and operational frameworks.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthtech innovations.
- Previous involvement in accelerator programs or startup incubators.
