Bring is a digital performance agency in Melbourne. We run SEO and paid search for a portfolio of Australian SME and growth-stage brands, and we are obsessive about the numbers behind every campaign. We are looking for a Google Ads and Analytics specialist to own the day-to-day execution across our paid media accounts.
This is a hands-on role. You will not be handed a playbook and told to follow it. You will build, optimise and report on campaigns yourself, and you will have the autonomy to make the calls that move performance. You will do it alongside a senior Australian search team who know this space deeply and will back you, challenge you and learn from you in equal measure.
What you will do
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen and Display for multiple clients
- Own bid strategy, budget pacing and account structure, with a clear line to client outcomes not just platform metrics
- Set up and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking so the data we report is data we trust
- Build clear, commercial reporting in Looker Studio that tells the client what happened, why, and what we are doing next
- Run search term analysis, audience work and creative testing to keep accounts improving month on month
- Spot problems before they show up in a report, and flag them early
What you need
- Solid hands-on experience managing Google Ads accounts, ideally across more than one industry
- Genuine GA4 capability, not just dashboard-reading. You understand events, conversions and how tracking actually fits together
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion setup
- Comfort building reports in Looker Studio
- Strong written English and the confidence to explain your thinking
- The discipline to work remotely with autonomy, and the judgement to know when to raise your hand

You work remotely with flexibility, but you are part of the team, not a contractor at arm's length. You will work closely with our Australian search specialists, join the conversations that matter, and have a direct say in how accounts are run. We care about results and clear thinking, not hours logged for their own sake.
