Xperience Xscape Travels is seeking an enthusiastic Guest Services Specialist to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our travelers, focusing on client satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
What You'll Do
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding destinations, booking policies, and itinerary details.
- Coordinate with hotels, transportation vendors, and local tour operators to ensure quality service.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or itinerary disruptions calmly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions to enhance service delivery.
What You Bring
- Education: Minimum High School completed; vocational or undergraduate studies are a plus.
- Experience: No experience needed. Full training provided
- Languages: Proficiency in English (Medium to Advanced level).
- Skills: Strong empathy, active listening, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
