We're looking for a Head of Risk Management to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this senior role, you will take ownership of our brokerage's global risk framework, ensuring robust management of various risk types across all trading operations.
What You'll Do
- Oversee market, liquidity, operational, and counterparty risk across all trading operations.
- Manage the balance between A-Book, B-Book, and Hybrid execution models to optimize performance.
- Design and implement effective hedging strategies in collaboration with liquidity providers.
- Set and enforce leverage policies and exposure limits to safeguard the organization.
- Monitor trading flow in real time, acting as the key decision-maker during volatile market conditions.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Risk Management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in risk management within the FX/CFD sector, with a deep understanding of trading operations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and mitigate various types of risk effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement risk frameworks that align with business objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with Dealing, Compliance, Finance, and Executive teams.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.

- Advanced degree in Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the brokerage industry.
