We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in a Remote capacity. This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions, from recruitment to employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient HR operation.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various job portals and managing candidate applications.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS/ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support daily HR operations by addressing employee inquiries and providing administrative assistance as needed.
What You Bring
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates and employees.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various HR tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with HRIS/ATS systems.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn; freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.

- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
