I am looking for a creative and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage an Instagram page focused on affiliate product promotion, curated product finds, Reels, Stories, and carousel posts.
The goal of this role is to help build a product-discovery page that promotes products through affiliate links. The VA will help research trending products, create attractive Instagram content, organize affiliate links, write captions, and track performance.
This role does not require the VA to physically own, receive, or demonstrate the products. Content should be positioned honestly as curated product finds, deal alerts, gift ideas, trending products, product roundups, or shopping inspiration. No fake product demonstrations, fake reviews, or misleading claims should be used.
Responsibilities
- Research trending affiliate-friendly products
- Find products with strong visual appeal, good reviews, good pricing, and good commission potential
- Create Instagram Reels using approved product images, listing visuals, and lifestyle-style graphics
- Create carousel posts such as “Top Finds,” “Amazon Favorites,” “Beauty Finds,” “Home Finds,” “Gift Ideas,” and “Deal Alerts”
- Create Instagram Stories with product callouts and link prompts
- Write captions, hooks, hashtags, and simple product descriptions
- Organize affiliate links in a link-in-bio tool
- Track posts, links, clicks, saves, engagement, and sales where available
- Create weekly product recommendation lists for approval
- Repurpose winning products into multiple content formats
- Provide weekly updates on what products and content styles are performing best
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have experience with:
- Instagram Reels
- Instagram Stories
- Carousel posts
- Canva
- CapCut
- Affiliate product research
- Amazon Associates, LTK, ShopMy, Impact, ShareASale, or similar affiliate platforms
- Link-in-bio tools such as Beacons, Linktree, Stan Store, or Later
- Writing short, catchy captions
- Creating clean product graphics
- Tracking content performance
Important
This is a remote/international-friendly role. The VA does not need to physically handle the products.
The page will be built around honest product curation and affiliate product discovery. The VA should not create content that suggests personal use, testing, or ownership of a product unless that is true.
Affiliate disclosures must be included where appropriate, such as:
“Affiliate link — I may earn a small commission.”

- 5–10 product recommendations per week
- 3–5 Instagram Reels per week
