We are a well-established national firm seeking motivated Insurance Defense Associate Attorneys to join our Las Vegas office. This is a high-performance opportunity with exceptional earning potential and a clear path for advancement.
What We're Looking For:
- Litigation attorneys with hands-on insurance defense experience
- Trial experience is a strong plus
- Ability to manage a minimum of 1,850 billable hours annually
- Proactive self-starters who can work independently and thrive in a high-performing team environment
- JD or LLM from a US ABA-accredited law school
- Active Nevada Bar admission in good standing
What You'll Do:
- Handle a full insurance defense caseload from inception through resolution
- Engage in all phases of litigation including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing litigation team
- Manage cases independently with minimal supervision
What We Offer:
- Salary: $150,000–$220,000 + Hourly & Discretionary Bonuses
- Paid semi-annually for every hour billed above the 1,850 minimum
