The Hiring Architect LLC is seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to help us grow our client base remotely. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a passion for connecting with businesses and generating leads in the trucking industry.
What You'll Do
- Research trucking companies using FMCSA, SAFER, Motus, and public databases to identify potential leads.
- Generate qualified leads daily through various outreach methods.
- Make outbound calls to trucking companies to introduce our services and schedule appointments.
- Send personalized emails and follow-up messages to engage prospects effectively.
- Maintain and update our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and communications.
- Assist with LinkedIn and Facebook outreach to expand our network and client base.
What You Bring
- Excellent written and spoken English skills to communicate effectively with prospects.
- Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting with a proven track record.
- Strong internet research skills to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and CRM software for efficient workflow management.
- Professional phone etiquette and a reliable internet connection to facilitate communication.
