Responsibilities:
• Research and build prospect lists of referral partners, local businesses, and target contacts
• Conduct outbound outreach through calls, email, SMS, and social media channels
• Perform market research to identify new lead generation opportunities
• Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and social media inquiries
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
• Manage calendars and coordinate appointment scheduling
• Monitor and engage with prospects through Facebook groups, business pages, and online communities
• Create and publish basic social media content to support brand visibility
• Respond to reviews, inquiries, comments, and messages across digital platforms
• Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, lead statuses, and workflow updates
• Assist with marketing campaigns, email outreach, and promotional activities
• Track lead sources, follow-up activities, and campaign performance metrics
• Support outbound prospecting and advertising initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in lead generation, prospecting, business development, or virtual assistance
• Experience managing CRM systems, preferably Housecall Pro or similar platforms
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, and AI productivity tools
• Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills
• Experience with social media engagement, community management, and customer outreach
• Comfortable with outbound communication via phone, email, SMS, and social media
• Experience or interest in the plumbing, home services, or trades industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet lead generation goals
