Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation & Cold Calling
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Virtual Assistant/Lead Generator to conduct outreach to social workers, case managers, discharge planners, and community organizations in the Orlando, Florida area.
Responsibilities:
Make daily outbound calls to potential referral sources.
Introduce our sober living/shared housing services and build relationships with social workers and case managers.
Keep accurate records of who was contacted, who you spoke with, and the outcome of each conversation.
Track and report the number of calls made each day.
Follow up with interested contacts and potential referral partners.
Provide a brief daily activity report.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, confident on the phone, organized, persistent, and comfortable with cold calling. Experience with healthcare, social services, behavioral health, recovery services, or case-management outreach is a plus.
Compensation: Hourly/base compensation plus a bonus for successful referrals that become clients.
