What You'll Do
- Record natural customer service conversations on various topics including Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Telecommunications, and Travel.
- Participate in a project lasting approximately 2.5 hours.
- Collaborate remotely using Zoom for the recording sessions.
- Ensure high-quality audio by using a headset or wired earphones during recordings.
What You Bring
- Must be a native German speaker.
- Access to a computer, smartphone, and a headset.
- Ability to provide a 1-minute natural voice recording in German for quality verification.
- Provide your age and current location when applying.
