Position Overview
Prime Assist is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our Operations Team.
This role supports Prime Assist employees rather than clients directly. You will coordinate assignments, manage internal requests, process approved transactions, track purchases, and ensure employees receive the resources they need to complete client assignments successfully.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, logistics, operations, and working behind the scenes to keep everything running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process internal task requests from the Operations Team.
- Coordinate the purchase and shipment of approved items to employees assigned to client projects.
- Handle Xoom Transactions when needed for payments.
- Monitor deliveries and ensure employees receive supplies on time.
- Process approved company and client-related transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, expenses, and transaction history.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Resolve shipping, payment, or logistics issues when they arise.
- Ensure assignments are completed within required timelines.
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of orders and transactions.
- Assist with inventory tracking where applicable.
- Support other operational and administrative functions as required.
Requirements

- Experience using email, spreadsheets, and online systems.
