We are seeking a reliable and confident Outbound Call Representative for a Remote position to connect with U.S.-based businesses. In this project-based role, you will engage with business owners to identify payment processing issues and present our $500 Business Recognition Check to qualified prospects.
What You'll Do
- Make outbound calls to targeted U.S. businesses to reach decision-makers.
- Follow an approved calling script and ask qualification questions to document responses.
- Clearly explain the Business Recognition Check to qualified prospects.
- Send invoices to qualified businesses and update contacts, notes, and dispositions in GoHighLevel.
- Attend training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills.
- Submit call recordings for quality review while adhering to compliance and communication rules.
What You Bring
- Strong spoken and written English skills with a clear, professional phone voice.
- Previous experience in cold-calling, appointment-setting, or sales.
- Comfort in speaking with U.S. business owners and handling rejection.
- A reliable computer, headset, and internet connection in a quiet working environment.
- Ability to follow scripts without improvisation and maintain organized CRM updates.
- Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week during U.S. business hours.
Nice to Have
- Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM is beneficial.
