Part-Time Social Media Community Manager & Content Scheduler (20 hrs/week) — Remote
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Social Media Community Manager & Content Scheduler to join our team remotely. In this role, you will engage with our community on Instagram, manage content distribution, and handle scheduling for qualifying calls. What You'll Do
- Respond to Instagram comments and DMs that require a human touch, following scripts for routine inquiries while maintaining a warm and non-judgmental tone.
- Escalate any emotionally heavy disclosures directly to management, ensuring sensitive topics are handled appropriately.
- Upload and schedule finished reels through Buffer to Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, adding AI transcripts hashtags for each platform.
- Manage the scheduling of 15-minute qualifying calls through GoHighLevel, confirming and rescheduling as needed while flagging any conflicts.
- Track posted content versus pending items in a shared tracker to ensure organized content distribution.
What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or community moderation, preferably within a coaching, therapy, or wellness brand.
- Comfort in engaging with sensitive emotional topics professionally, with the ability to remain composed in challenging situations.
- Familiarity with Buffer and GoHighLevel, or a willingness to learn quickly, along with experience in native platform posting on IG, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong written English skills with a warm and empathetic tone that aligns with our brand voice.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, with availability for overlapping hours with US Eastern time as needed.
