Personal Injury Attorney – Los Angeles, CA
We are a well-established and rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury law firm in Los Angeles seeking experienced litigation attorneys to join our team.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in one or more of the following: Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, or Premises Liability
- Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar
- A background in plaintiff-side asbestos or toxic tort litigation is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Handle cases from inception through resolution, including trial
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations
What We Offer:
