Position Overview

Prime Assist is looking for dependable and motivated Personal Shoppers to join our growing team.

This is not a traditional full-time position. Instead, it is a flexible, task-based opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy shopping, running errands, and helping others. You'll receive assignments based on client requests and your availability, making this an excellent opportunity to earn additional income alongside your current job, studies, or other commitments.


You are paid for the time you actively spend completing approved assignments, with additional commission available for every successfully completed task.

To ensure you can complete assignments smoothly, Prime Assist may provide a company-issued payment card for approved client purchases and authorized contingency expenses. All spending is monitored and must follow company policies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Purchase groceries, gifts, household items, and other requested products on behalf of clients.
  • Compare prices and select quality products that meet client preferences.
  • Pick up and deliver purchases safely and on time.
  • Complete local errands such as collecting items, mailing packages, or handling approved client requests.
  • Keep accurate records and receipts for every purchase.
  • Respond promptly to client emails and company communications, as email is the primary method of communication for task assignments, updates, and client requests.
  • Provide timely progress updates throughout each assignment.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and the Prime Assist support team.
  • Handle company-issued funds responsibly and follow all financial procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to respond to emails promptly. Since email is our primary method of communication with both clients and team members, timely responses are essential to success in this role.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Honest, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable shopping both in-store and online.
  • Ability to manage multiple errands efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Smartphone with reliable internet access and regular access to email.
  • Valid government-issued ID.
  • Ability to provide receipts and maintain accurate records.
  • Background check and identity verification may be required depending on your location.
