We're looking for a systems-minded builder who enjoys creating structure, improving workflows, and documenting processes. If you thrive on turning chaos into organized, repeatable systems and enjoy building operational infrastructure from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you.


What You'll Do


- Design and build Notion workspaces, including databases, dashboards, templates, and workflows tailored to business operations

- Document existing processes and convert them into clear, easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

- Organize files, tools, and operational workflows so everything has a logical and scalable structure

- Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

- Create systems that are practical, maintainable, and easy for the team to adopt

- Deliver a fully functional operational framework that supports long-term growth

Requirements


- Proven experience building systems, workflows, documentation, or operational processes

- Strong analytical and organizational skills

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Experience with Notion (strongly preferred) or similar productivity and documentation platforms

- Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and self-managed

- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment


Commitment & Compensation


- Project-based engagement

- Paid hourly, up to 40 hours per week

- No overtime

- Must be able to commit focused time and deliver work according to agreed timelines

- Strong potential for continued projects or a longer-term role based on performance
