Looking for a detail-oriented Real Estate Research Virtual Assistant to join our team in a Remote capacity. In this part-time role, you will be responsible for researching property records and organizing data to prepare call-ready leads for our real estate initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Research property records using Assessor Parcel Numbers (APNs) to verify ownership history.
- Perform skip tracing to locate property owners and gather relevant information.
- Organize and maintain data in Google Sheets for easy access and analysis.
- Prepare and compile call-ready leads for outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency in data management.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in real estate research or a related field.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets for data organization and analysis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to verify information accurately.
- Familiarity with real estate databases such as PropertyRadar, PropStream, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

- Experience in lead generation within the real estate sector.
