Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Texter to join our dynamic team. If you have a background in real estate, are proficient in using Smarter Contact and Launch Control, and have a proven track record of successful texting campaigns, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
● Engage with potential land buyers through text messaging
● Generate leads and cultivate relationships by leveraging your expertise in improving text message scripts
● Execute daily texting campaigns to over 1000 potential landowners.
● Continuously improve and refine text message scripts to maximize engagement and lead generation
● Identify and qualify potential land buyers through text conversations and schedule follow-up actions
● Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all text interactions and leads in our CRM system

● Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and lead hand-off
Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a US-based real estate, with a focus on rural vacant land sales.
● Proficiency in using Smarter Contact and Launch Control for text messaging campaigns is essential
● Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Specifically Word and Excel).
● Strong communication skills and persuasive approach to text messaging
● Exception scriptwriting and editing skills
● Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
Additional Information:
● This position will start out at 20 hours per week with the opportunity to come on full time based on performance.
● If all goes well, we will eventually be looking to move this individual to a manger role
