About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Roadside Assistance Dispatchers. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in operations and dispatching.
No prior dispatch experience is required, we will provide the necessary training. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for coordinating roadside services such as towing, lockouts, jump-starts, tire changes, and fuel delivery while ensuring customers receive timely assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers requesting roadside assistance
- Collect and accurately record customer and vehicle information
- Dispatch jobs to towing or roadside service providers
- Monitor ongoing jobs and provide updates when needed
- Communicate clearly with both customers and service partners
- Ensure jobs are properly documented and completed in the system
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Comfortable using computers and online systems
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
